RestoreUnited integrates with Gmail to provide job-related email functionality within the RestoreUnited application. RestoreUnited does not access, synchronize, or use Google Calendar at this time.
What Google User Data We Access
When a user chooses to connect their Google account, RestoreUnited accesses Gmail messages and related email metadata only as needed to let that user view, send, receive, and manage job-related email within RestoreUnited. Access occurs only after the user grants permission through Google OAuth.
How We Use Google User Data
RestoreUnited uses Gmail data solely to provide the email functionality requested by the user, including viewing job-related email, composing and sending email, receiving email, and associating relevant email with a job record.
Data Sharing
RestoreUnited does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to operate the RestoreUnited service, comply with law, or as directed by the user.
Data Protection
RestoreUnited uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Google user data in transit and within the RestoreUnited service.
Data Retention and Deletion
